Made to order

Nothing sits in a warehouse. Every copy is printed, bound, foiled and edge-sprayed for you after you order, by our print partner in England, then sent to you.

Where we ship

Addresses in the United States only, for now.

Cost and timing

• $9.99 flat shipping per order, tracked.
• From order to your door usually takes three to four weeks (roughly 15 to 22 business days). These are estimates, not guarantees, and busy seasons can add time.
• Your email address and phone number go with the parcel so the carrier can send you tracking updates.

If your parcel is more than two weeks past the estimate, write to us and we'll chase it.

Cancelling an order

Email us straight away. If your copy hasn't gone to print yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once printing has started we can't stop it, but the returns policy below still applies.

Damaged, misprinted or mis-bound

Send a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement free. You don't need to return the faulty copy.

Each copy's edges are sprayed individually, so colour and coverage vary a little from copy to copy, and a touch of colour can reach the first and last few pages. That's part of how sprayed edges are made rather than a fault.

Changed your mind after it arrives

Get in touch within 30 days of delivery. Once the book is back with us in resalable condition, we'll refund the price of the book. Return postage is yours to cover, and the original shipping charge isn't refundable.

Wrong or undeliverable address

If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable, we'll send it again once you confirm the address and cover the new shipping cost.
